Each OpenBoard™ "sandwich" is made up of multiple layers with high density chipboards, interspaced at variable intervals, resulting in a unique and innovative* product. Due to the manufacturing process, a variety of products of different heights can be achieved benefiting a weight and material reduction from 30 to 60%, depending on the configuration, thus saving on raw material and shipping cost. OpenBlock™ bearers made from this process can be easily customized; depending on the requirements, they can be strengthened or lightened for a more cost effective solution. |
